The company says that performance in IOPS varied between models but sequential read IOPS were over 13,000, sequential write IOPS were close to 16,000, and random read IOPS was nearly 7500. The drives support Windows, Linux, and DOS.
The LE drives carry a 3-year warranty and the ME drives have a 2-year warranty. SuperTalent doesn’t offer pricing on the entire SSD line, but does say that the 128GB UltraDrive ME sells for under $400. Both SSD families are available in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB capacities.
