Samsung is showing off a new netbook that is said to be shipping globally "soon." The new netbook is a 10.1-inch screen device with the typical specs of 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, and is likely to be powered by an Intel Atom.

I say likely because Samsung makes no mention of the CPU used. My money is still on an Intel Atom with Windows XP as the operating system. The only other CPU alternative for a netbook would be a VIA Nano.
The netbook will offer Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and HSDPA connectivity along with WiMAX. With the very limited WiMAX availability that feature will likely be hard to find on the netbook when it launches outside a few select regions.
