The demo lets players play the guitar, drums, and sing to Metallica's Sad But True and Seek and Destroy. Two other tracks featured on the demo include No Excuses from Alice in Chains and Stone Cold Crazy from Queen.
Activision says that both of those tracks were handpicked by Metallica to be included on the game. The demo game includes single player, band quick play, head-to-head, Face-Off, Pro Face-Off, and Battle modes. The game will be available for the Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii consoles.
