Activision has announced a new commercial for its Guitar Hero franchise to help promote the newest version of the game, Guitar Hero Metallica, which is set to launch soon. The new TV commercial features four of the most successful college basketball coaches around.

Coaches Bob Knight, Coach K, Rick Pitino, and Roy Williams are all in the commercial in a four-member band featuring a Risky Business inspired theme. The four coaches are playing the Bob Seger track "Old Time Rock and Roll."

Activision says that the commercial will be airing throughout the men's college basketball playoffs and championship game. Knight is on vocals. Coach K and Williams are on guitar, and Pitino is on the drums. The coaches are confronted by Metallica during the commercial with the metal heads disapproving of the rock fantasy the coaches have.
