The tuner card can be used with Aver MediaCenter software and an optional remote control allowing users to view programs in 4:3 and 16:9 aspect rations with a 10-foot user interface. The software supports Windows XP, Media Center, Vista, Vista Media Center, and Windows 7.
Features include digital surround sound, closed captioning, 1080i resolution, scheduled recording, TV TimeShift, and PVR features. TV shows can be recorded in 320 x 240 resolution with H.264 compression for iPod of PSP viewing. The tuner card is available now for $49.99.
