The platform allows real two-way texting just as you would text from a cell phone. There is no need for a special wireless data plan. Standard text message rates do apply to the person sending texts from their mobile phone, but there is no charge to the computer user.
The application sounds really cool; I know I can type much faster on my keyboard than I can on my mobile phone. This sounds like a very good application for the mobile phone user at a desk who doesn't want to eat up their monthly allotment of free texts from their carrier.
