EA has announced that a new game is coming to the PSP based on the classic story Dante's Inferno. The game will be coming to the PSP and is based on part one of the classic "The Divine Comedy" and will take players through the nine circles of hell.

In addition to launching on the PSP, the game will also be available on the Xbox 360 and PS3. The launch date is not specific yet and EA only says the game will launch next year. The game puts players in hell as they fight through the nine circle to reclaim a lost soul.

The soul is that of Dante's Beatrice. Players will fight through the circles including limbo, lust, gluttony, greed, anger, heresy, violence, fraud, and treachery. The game has not yet been rated by the ESRB.
