The new iPhone 3.0 OS inches closer and closer to the release. Apple has now seeded the iPhone 3.0 OS Beta 4 to developers according to MacRumors. Apple just released iPhone 3.0 OS beta 3 two weeks ago.

Developers also got treated with a pre-release version of iTunes 8.2. iTunes 8.2 shows evidence of Blu-ray support in some legal text around the Gracenote service.
The new iPhone 3.0 OS, that is also expected to be featured on a new iPhone 2009 in June, packs over 100 new features.
