New iPhone 2009 a Flip Camcorder Killer?

We already reported about rumors and some evidence that the new iPhone 2009 will have video recording capabilities. BusinessWeek reports now that the new iPhone 2009 is supposed to be actually a video making power house.
Apparently the new iPhone would be a one-stop studio for recording, editing, viewing and sharing your own videos pretty much similar to the hyper successful Flip Camcorder line.
It would totally make sense for Apple to add a strong video feature set to the iPhone. Recording and publishing video on the net is just about to go mainstream and since the iPhone is mostly used to goof off the new video recording feature would fit perfectly.
