New iPhone 2009 Bezel Frame already on Sale?

Asian electronics parts vendor China Ontrade lists bezel frames for the new iPhone 2009. The replacement bezel for the new iPhone would sell for about $80.
In case the images of the Bezel are real, iLounge did post an analysis to find out what is different on the new one.The new iPhone bezel is black and shows a redesigned ear speaker, now significantly higher above the display than the present speaker.
It is not clear if this evidence points towards a new screen or not. I still would love to see a nice OLED screen in the new iPhone.
