The official launch of the Palm Pre is still a week away, but BGR came through on their promise on Thursday to publish a full hands-on review of the Palm Pre. Of course BGR does not reveal where they already got a Pre from. It also seems to be a Pre that is not totally final as, for instance, the media player is missing on it.
Their Palm Pre review gives a detailed look at the many aspects of the Pre you would encounter when you are using it the first days.
Overall their impression of the Palm Pre on the negative side is that the build quality could be higher ("feels like a Fisher-Price toy") and the keyboard is not ergonomic.
On the positive side the screen is great, the form factor is great, and the webOS is good.

There will be tons of Palm Pre reviews coming most likely mid next week, but we have to hand it to Boy Genius Report to have the first Palm Pre Review as far as we know.
