Today Acer announced that the Acer Timeline notebook line launches in the United States. The company unveiled the slim and energy efficient Timeline notebooks in April.
Acer touts the Timeline notebook as All Day Computing solutions with battery life beyond 8 hours. Acer combined numerous low power components with a standard high-capacity 6-cell battery in the Timeline notebooks.
The Acer Timeline notebooks prices start at $598. You can choose between three models with different screen sizes. The 3.5 pound Timeline AS3810 with a 13.3-inch display is the ideal traveling companion. For those who need a slightly larger display and an integrated optical drive, the 4.2 pound Timeline AS4810 with a 14-inch disply is a good choice. The Timeline AS5810 includes a large 15.6-inch display, integrated optical drive, and dedicated numeric keyboard.
The new Acer Aspire Timeline AS3810, S4810, and and AS5810 lines are available now in different configurations.
