We are only two hours away from Apple kicking off the WWDC 09 Keynote in San Francisco.
Over the last couple of months it has been a wild ride of rumors about the new iPhone. It is time to take a look at what the new iPhone 2009 will ideally be about taking the rumors we have reported on into consideration.
Faster, longer, higher are three adjectives that should be applying to the new iPhone.
A faster processor along with more RAM should take full advantage of the new iPhone 3.0 OS and make the iPhone experience as snappy as possible. HSDPA on the connectivity side should make surfing and downloading faster.
A longer battery life possibly enabled through the use of an OLED screen instead of the power hungry LCD.
A camera with higher resolution to take better photos and record video is amongst the things rumored to be included in the new iPhone. If we are lucky we even get two cameras in the new iPhone, sometimes already called iPhone Video.
There are some smaller features rumored for the new iPhone including 32GB capacity model, and a compass.
My more ambitious wishes for the new iPhone include higher screen resolution. Take the HTC Touch Pro which had a 2.8 inch screen with VGA (640x480px) resolution already last year. The current iPhone has a 3.5 inch screen with only 480x320px resolution.
Pass the time until the WWDC 09 Keynote starts with More iPhone Rumors or post your new iPhone wishes below in the comments.
