Remember the days when bands only signed with record labels? Now it's much bigger news when a band signs on with a video game. Rock Band and Guitar Hero have been locked in conflict for a while now, and the former just won a minor victory in the war between gaming franchises. Green Day has just signed on exclusively to Rock Band, and a library of their biggest hits are being translated into a game-capable version right now.
21 Guns, Know Your Enemy, and East Jesus Nowhere have all been announced as the subjects of the first Green Day three pack. Harmonix promises that more packs and songs will be available in the near future.
