The service will offer unlimited streaming of songs from the Zune Marketplace for about £9.99 per month and users will be able to download 10 MP3 tracks each month to keep. That will make the Microsoft service roughly the same price as Spotify without ten free monthly downloads.
Whether or not Microsoft will bundle a free Zune player with the service in exchange for a one year contract is unknown. Music fans will soon have one more option to choose from.
