That is a very impressive feat and shows that consumers have more confidence in windows 7 than they did with Vista. The pre-order copies will be shipped on October 22, the same day the Os goes on sale in stores.
Analysts predict that 50 million copies of Windows 7 will be installed in Europe by 2010. By the end of the year, 177 million copies will be installed globally. The European version will not ship with Internet Explorer on the OS disc.
