Sony announced the new Sony PSP Go. The Sony PSP Go is small, has no UMD drive, but 16GB of onboard storage.
The new Sony PSP Go comes in white and black and will start shipping on October 1st. You can pre-order the PSP Go now on Amazon.com for $249.99 (white) and $248.99 (black).
The PSP Go is in my opinion over priced compared to the currently available PSP. The original Sony PSP console is selling for $169.99. 16GB of flash memory is a cost factor, but an UMD drive also costs money. Sony had already developed the slider design in the Sony Mylo chat gadget years ago.
Of course if you want the newest portable console on the market the new PSP Go is 1st choice. More details on Amazon.com.
