According to a company called iPhone AppQuotes the development trends for the iPhone are changing. The firm says that the most popular development requests are for medical, education, business, and book apps.

Apps for Q1 2009 were split between business and consumer app requests and in Q2 business app requests have increased by 30%. Requests for quotes on app development are up by 20% from May to June of 2009 says the firm.

Game development requests have dropped by 10% and music app development is declining. New weather, sports and photography app requests have almost stopped says the firm.
