Some games on the iPhone offer better graphics than older console games, and even some of the newer games on the Wii. One of the cooler looking games coming to the iPhone is Resident Evil 4. Hi Corp has announced that Resident Evil 4 for the iPhone will be using its technology for graphics.

The game will use the MascotCapsule eruption Hi 3D rendering engine. The rendering engine allows game developers to use development know-how to build the game without having to learn new programming techniques.

If all of the game looks as cool as the screen shots HI is offering, their rendering engine is very good. The game engine is OpenGL ES 1.0/1.1 compliant and offers improved processing speed compared to existing 3D rendering engines.
