The eReader also supports Pocket Pro PDF reflow, text-to-speech functionality and comes in six different colors. The 5-inch screen uses E-ink technology and has 8 levels of grayscale. The device runs an Epson controller and has a 400MHz processor.
Internal memory for the machine is 512MB and there is an SD card slot for expansion up to 16GB of storage. The battery is good for 8,000 page turns per charge and is replaceable. The device sells for $199 at an introductory price. Shipping is set for the end of August.
