Projector company InFocus has announced a new solution that allows it to cut the cords between a computer and its line of projectors. The wireless solution is made possible through a partnership with Wisair, a leading provider of Wireless USB solutions.

The new system is called the InFocus DisplayLink wireless systems and it allows presenters to show HD content without wires on select InFocus projectors. The system features a DisplayLink wireless adapter that allows the computer to instantly connect to the projector.

The wireless range is 30 feet and speeds between the computer and the projector are up to 99Mbps. The system uses pre-paired adapters so it is ready to go when purchased. All a user needs to do is plug in the wireless adapter to their PC and get to work.
