The two mice are the Logitech Performance Mouse MX and the Logitech Anywhere Mouse MX. The Anywhere Mouse is a notebook-sized mouse that ships with a carry pouch while the Performance MX is a desktop sized mouse.

Logitech says that its research shows that 40% of homes have glass surfaces and other shiny surfaces like granite where typical mice can’t track. With people moving around the home a mouse that can track on these surfaces is required for many users. The Performance Mouse MX is available for $99.99 and the Anywhere Mouse MX sells for $79.99, both will ship this month.
