Rock Band Coming to Bars

I have zero desire to sing karaoke at the local restaurants and bars that offer it. If they had Rock Band, I might play some drums or the guitar while my friends sing. Rock Band may well be coming to your favorite bar with Rock Band Bar Nights.

Bar owners are being encouraged to update Karaoke night and offer the Rock Band experience. Bar owners can sign up to have their bar designated as an official Rock Band Bar Nights venue and will be able to download official materials to promote the event. The Rock Band logo will be offered to owners and more.

Harmonix will offer bar owners complete turnkey solutions to allow them to get Rock Band into their bar. To start the program Harmonix will offer bars that sign up before September 8th an exclusive five-song disk from The Beatles: Rock Band.
