Mad Catz Announces Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Accessories

Video game accessory maker Mad Catz is talking up its coming accessory range of controllers for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The company will offer accessories for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC with shipments expected to start in November 2009.

The products that will be offered include the Modern Warfare 2 Combat controller for the Xbox featuring rubber grips and a soft touch finish. The control has remapable buttons to give more control and will sell for $49.99. Also coming is the Modern Warfare 2 Throat Communicator at $29.99.

Skins and covers will be offered for the Xbox console and for controllers on the PS3 and Xbox. The PS3 will get a special wireless headset using Bluetooth and a wireless controller with backlighting and a rechargeable battery. PC gamers will get a slick combat gamepad, a sniper mouse, and a combat keyboard. An elite keyboard will also be offered with backlighting and more.
