12.1 Megapixel Nokia Camera-Phone Coming?

Nokia could be getting ready to throw down against Sony Ericsson for the elusive title, "Master of the Cameraphone". Boy Genius has an image of what looks to be an unreleased Nokia phone with a 12.1 megapixel shooter up at the top. Other than the monstrous camera, and the fact that it has a carbon fiber back, we know absolutely nothing about this phone.The fact that this cameraphone didn't show up at Nokia World means it's probably in the very early stages of development. That could also explain why the camera is simply branded "12.1", with no other details given. It's possible this image is a fake, but it'll be several months (at least) before we know for sure.
