Sony unveiled the BRAVIA ZX5 series with the models KDL-52ZX5 and KDL-46ZX5 in Japan.
The Sony BRAVIA ZX5 are LED backlit HDTVs with integrated wireless HD connectivity.
The Sony BRAVIA KDL-52ZX5 (52-inch) and KDL-46ZX5 (46-inch) are only 16.6mm and 15.8mm respectively thin.
Other features of the Sony BRAVIA ZX5 include 240Hz technology, VOD (Video On Demand) with acTVila, FeliCa port, LAN, DLNA, 4 HDMI ports, and USB.
The new Sony BRAVIA ZX5 HDTVs will launch in November for prices around 650,000 Yen ($7,000) for the KDL-52ZX5 and KDL-46ZX5 for 550,000 Yen ($6000).
