iPhone C64 App Gone Again Because Basic Is Still In

Yesterday Apple approved the C64 Emulator for the iPhone. Today Apple pulled it again according to Engadget, because the Basic interpreter is still inside the app, which is against the iPhone App Store rules.
Apparently you can enable Basic by enabling full keyboard, starting a game, and do two more steps according to iPhoneHacks.
Well Manomio might not have thought anybody would notice this. This kind of stuff of course again slows down the review process for all apps, as Apple app reviewers have to look closely and scan the web after apps get released if no Porn and other stuff gets found.
