It's taken a long, long time, but Facebook finally swallowed their pride and released an application on the Android Market. According to Android and Me the app launched yesterday to absolutely no fanfare.
From most of the comments I've seen, version 1.0 of Facebook for Android seems to be garnering high praise. The only complaint I've heard is that the app widget is way too large to be very useful (3x2). Other than that, everything seems to be working well. If you'd like to test it out and give us your thoughts, just drop by the Android Market today and download the app for yourself.
