If you're in the market for a cheap, easy-to-use PC, you might want to take a look at Acer's new AspireRevo nettop PC (via Gizmodo). It packs an Atom 230 1.6 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM, a 160 GB Hard Drive, and integrated Nvidia Ion LE graphics. Aside from Ion, none of those specs are particularly impressive, even for a nettop.
What sets the AspireRevo apart is the price: $200, with no rebate shenanigans of any sort. Hook that up with a decent monitor and you've got a dirt-cheap computer that's fit for browsing, word processing, and watching 1080p video. The AspireRevo comes loaded with Windows XP, and is available now from Newegg.com.
