Android fans, rejoice! A new savior is nigh. He has fought through many terrible trials, and now eh draws closer every moment. Soon he will be upon us. I guess what I'm trying to say is...the Motorola Sholes just passed its FCC tests. (Boy Genius) Moto requested that the FCC withhold all of its technical specs, but fortunately we've known those for months.
No hard information on pricing or availability is out yet, but Boy Genius says that rumors place it arriving at some point in October. That will put the Sholes face-to-face with Sprint's Hero, which should make for quite the clash of the titans. Anyone want to start placing bets?
Update: PhoneArena believes that Verizon plans to release the Sholes under the name 'Tao'.
