Palm Activates iTunes Sync for Pre Again

When the Palm Pre first launched one of the big features of the device that was touted in the media was the ability to sync the Pre with iTunes. It didn't take long for Apple to kill off the Pre sync capability with an update to iTunes.

Palm has announced that it has now enabled iTunes sync again and that music and images can now be synced with the popular Apple service. It goes without saying that Apple will be releasing a patch soon that will again break the sync function of the device.

I bet there will be a suit over this at some point. With the lackluster sales of the Pre, I bet Palm feels the noose around its neck and is pulling out all the stops to sell more devices.
