Over the weekend I published the Top 10 Tech Gifts For Christmas To Buy Now, because they are either hard to find or are likely not to fall in price. Today I am offering up the top 10 tech gifts I suggest you don't buy right now and wait until later. For some the reason is that new versions will be announced and for others it makes sense to wait for great Black Friday 2009 Deals.
Take for instance the Apple iMac. You need to wait as new Apple iMac are likely going to be announced soon. Same is true for the low-end plastic MacBook that is also rumored to be updated and offered at a lower price.
You should also hold your horses on purchasing Netbooks, Notebooks, PCs and All-in-Ones as the release of Windows 7 on October 22nd will trigger a flurry of new hardware for Windows 7.
I want to mention another item from the top 10 below that is a bit of a bet. Apple might still release a new iPod touch with a camera. If you do not think a video camera is important than you can already buy an iPod touch. It is selling very well at least according to the electronics sales charts on Amazon.
Top 10 Tech Gifts For Christmas NOT To Buy Now
1) Apple iMac (New iMacs rumored)
2) Apple MacBook (New budget MacBook rumored)
3) Apple Mac Mini (new Mac minis rumored)
4) Apple iPod touch 32GB (In case you want a Video Camera)
5) Sony PSPgo (Bet on Price will Drop)
6) Notebook and Netbooks (Wait for Windows 7)
7) PCs and All-In-Ones (Wait for Windows 7)
8) GPS Devices (Watch out for Black Friday Deals)

This is not a photo of my house, but it might as well be. It’s pretty much what our kitchen currently looks like. We’ve embarked on a major remodel, and it’s taking up much of my free time. I’m not the most frequent poster as is, and unfortunately it’s g ...
