The Motorola Sholes (aka Tao aka Droid) is probably the most highly anticipated smartphone of the holiday season. If this leaked snapshot of a Verizon Wireless calendar Boy Genius found is correct (and it probably is) the Droid is heading for an October 30th release date. That's great news for everyone who has been chomping at the bit to get their hands on this sweet Android 2.0 device.
Of course, it does raise the question of whether or not the Droid will come stock with Adobe Flash support. Flash isn't supposed to hit Android until early 2010. Does this mean the Droid will hit without Flash, or was Adobe just teasing us earlier today?
Whatever the answer is, it we should know by the end of the month. With any luck, you'll be able to take your Halloween pictures with the Droid's 5 megapixel camera.
