Digital music fans listen to track son their computers almost as often as they listen to music on portable devices like iPods and other MP3 players. HP has teamed up with Dr. Dre and Jimmy Lovine for a special limited edition Beats HP Envy notebook computer.

The notebook is clad in a shiny piano black finish with the signature Beats design found in the Beats by Dre headphones. The notebook has a high-performance Beats audio system built in designed for optimal listening through headphones or external speakers.

The notebook also comes with a set of Beats Studio headphones. Other features include Native Instruments Traktor LE software and Audio 2 DJ Traktor LE software combined with Audio 2 DJ multichannel splitter for seamless mixing through a PC. The notebook has Intel Core i7 processor with quad-cores and a night vision webcam. The notebook will ship on October 22 for $2,299.
