Pre-paid mobile phone providers are offering lots of new mobile phone plans of late that offer everything for a price lower than what you can get the same features for on post paid plans. AT&T is the latest to offer a new and relatively cheap plan for pre-paid users that offers Unlimited Talking and Texting. The new plan is called AT&T Unlimited Talk and Text.

The monthly cost for the pre-paid plan is $60 and it will launch on October 12th for GoPhones. The plan will allow users to text to Mexico, Canada and 100 other countries around the world. Users can also send unlimited IM, picture, and video messages as well.

That is a better offer than what most of the post paid AT&T plans provide. Current GoPhone customers can purchase the new rate plan by dialing 611 from their handset starting today. Users can also choose from a full selection of devices with keyboards for texting.
