T-Mobile users have had to get used to bland phones for far too long. Even the myTouch 3G isn't particularly exciting from a hardware standpoint. That's why it's a breath of fresh air to hear about the coming of the HTC HD2 to T-Mobile. Finally, the beleaguered carrier will have a real powerhouse of a smartphone on their hands.

TmoNews came across a photo of a T-Mobile promotional shot of the HD2. It brags about the new 4.3" touchscreen, TV and Video content, as well as new E-Reader content coming soon for the smartphone. T-Mo also seems excited about the 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, which makes the HD2 the most powerful smartphone in T-Mobile's line-up by quite a lot.
