The BlackBerry Storm 2 (Storm2) launch is supposed to happen as reported earlier today. More indication that the Storm2 is coming soon is the short BlackBerry Storm 2 review Walter Mossberg has just published for the WSJ.
RIM and Verizon Wireless are apparently very careful in setting up a nice welcome for the Storm 2 in the press to avoid the bad reception the first Storm got.
Walt Mossberg says in his review that the Storm2 (he uses Storm2 instead of Storm 2 for some reason) has fixed the touchscreen, looks sleeker, added Wifi and improved the vertical keyboard.
The Storm 2 touchscreen gives now electronically a tactile feedback versus the physical movement of the whole screen the first Storm offered.
The Storm 2 is though not all good. Walt Mossberg does not like the browser and the BlackBerry UI would need a major update for state-of-the-art touchscreen usage.
