That comes out of now where. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer says in a new interview just published on Gizmodo that the Xbox 360 gets Blu-ray drives as accessories.
Since the whole HD DVD disaster Microsoft always said no to Blu-ray drives and put streaming movie services as the valid alternative.
Steve Ballmer might have said too much about the Blu-ray Xbox 360 drive as the official word Gizmodo got from the Xbox team is that Blu-ray quality video is coming this fall via the Zune Video HD streaming.
So possibly we can forget about the Xbox 360 getting a Blu-ray drive or it will appear suddenly.
