If Rogers is your carrier and the Bold 9700 is the sort of mobile that makes you weak at the knees, you can order it now online. This new berry doesn't come cheap, though. It'll set you back $299.99, and that's with a 3 year voice-and-data plan. You can also buy this new Bold outright for $599.99.
Boy Genius states that Bell and TELUS will both be launching this same phone in short order. For Bell that means November 4th, and for Telus that means the 5th. If you're a bargain hunting sort, I'd recommend waiting until November 5th to buy your phone. If not, you can order it now here.
