The Sony Cyber-shot TX1 cameras are equipped with the most modern and latest
technologies, offering the highest levels of photography. Sony digital imaging
technique makes use of a CMOS Exmor R sensor which is attached to a high end
optical block. The powerful processor used in the
Sony Cyber-shot TX1 is named BIONZ, and it provides quality images even
in really bright conditions.
The Sony Cyber-shot TX1 cameras offer 10.2 million pixels which guarantee high
image quality. They can be handled with ease by all sorts of users, ranging from
starters to professionals. The camera has 4x optical zoom capability which helps
to capture distant images with ease and clarity. The CMOS Exmor sensors
used in the Sony Cyber-shot TX1 cameras help to capture images with crystal
clarity and detail, even under low lighting conditions.
The world renowned Carl Zeiss Lenses are used in the Sony Cyber-shot TX1 cameras
and these lenses guarantee high end performance and life. Although the Sony
Cyber-shot TX1 is slim and compact, it's ability to take high quality pictures isn't hindered. Instead, its compactness helps its portability. The Sony
Cyber-shot TX1 provides features such as face recognition, smile sensing and
intelligent scene sensing. These features help in taking photos with the most
perfect timing and clarity.
The camera offers three major modes of photography namely Burst, Panorama, and
Anti Motion Blur modes. The Burst mode helps to take up to 10 frames per second at full
resolution which is more than that offered by many of the digital SLR cameras in
the market. The Panorama mode can be used to take awesome pictures of landscapes
within 3 seconds. One can simply hold the trigger and scan the image
horizontally and vertically. With the Anti-Motion Blur Mode, the camera captures
6 frames of an image at any given instant and then combines them to form a
perfectly timed, crystal clear image.
Available in four different very trendy colors, the Cyber-shot TX1 is a finely sculpted piece of art and technology. The camera is available in any of the
following colors : silver, gray, pink, or blue. Having a
thickness of only about 14.1mm, it is the first Cyber–shot camera to have launched into the market with all those features. Sony has a very simple and
sensitive touch interface which lets you customize your menus or scroll through your pictures with the touch of a finger. The main disadvantage that may be
pointed out in this model is the lack of zooming capability in the video mode.
