Update:
The Top 10 Netbooks for the Holidays 2010.

This Black Friday shopping season you should not pay more than $199 for a standard netbook.
The Acer Aspire One D250 has already been offered below $200 several times by various retailers or advertised for Black Friday. Office Depot for instance will have the Acer Aspire One for $199 on Black Friday.
Target offers the Acer Aspire AOD250-1165 Blue in stores for $199 right now.

The Acer Aspire One D250 features the typical netbook specifications from the previous netbook generation. As a reminder these typical features include Intel Atom N270 CPU at 1.6Ghz, 160GB HDD, 1GB RAM, 10.1-inch WSVGA screen, 3-cell battery and Windows XP.

So remember, for a netbook with the above configuration you should not have to pay more than $199 this holiday season. If you want more battery life or Windows 7 on your new netbook then the prices will still be much higher.
See the Target site to find this netbook deal in a Target Store near you.
