TomTom has announced a new GPS device called the XXL World Traveler Edition. The device is the XXL 540S World Traveler Edition and is designed for those who travel the globe and want a GPS device that can help them find their way wherever they are.

The device has full maps of the US, Canada, and Europe installed. Other features include Map Share, Help Me menu, fold and Go EasyPort mount, TomTom Home desktop app, 4GB of storage, lane guidance, and a POI database with 7 million entries.

The XXL 540S World Traveler Edition will be in retailers in the US and Canada in early December for $349.95. The device has IQ routes that helps pick the fastest routes based on speeds on the road you are using at the time of day you are traveling.
