The adapter offers the user the ability to choose to connect the receiver to a device via HDMI or VGA and the device streams audio too. The HDAiR is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7. A USB adapter connects to the PC and the receiver has its own wireless receiver and outputs for your TV or projector.
The device can transmit over a distance of up to 30 feet and supports 720P with PC resolutions of up to 1440 x 1050. The HDMI and VGA connections are active at the same time allowing the device to power two displays at once. The MSRP for the HDAiR is $219.
