Apple Adds 3.33 GHz Quad-Core Option To Mac Pro

If you want a little extra 'oomph' available before you buy your Mac Pro, Apple has an answer for you. According to AppleInsider, customers now have the option of purchasing a 3.33 GHz quad-core processor. Previously, the only options for processors were a 2.66 GHz quad-core, or a 2.93 GHz quad-core. Also added to the Pro range was the option for 2TB hard drives.The added 3.33 GHz processor costs $1200. Each 2TB hard drive costs an additional $550, with a maximum capacity of 8 TB.
