The buyer of the OLED business and all related assets will be LG. LG is heavily into the OLED market already and makes screens for its own line of electronics and for other companies.
Kodak reports it will continue using the OLED technology that it sells to LG for its line of products. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by the end of the year.
