Intel and Microvision have a new prototype (PicoProjector-Info.com), a game controller that includes a laser pico projector engine. This weapon-shaped controller projects images onto the gamer's surroundings so they can game with "an immersive, 360-degree feel."Right now the prototype is being demoed over at Intel's Extreme Masters PC gaming tournament in Alberta, Canada.
