New Apple MacBook Bestseller on Amazon, But It Is Cheaper On MacMall

Now that we are entering the final phase of the holiday shopping season the "classic gifts" start to rule the sales charts. The new Apple MacBook is one of our Top 100 Gift Tips and is also the bestselling laptop on Amazon right now.
The 13.3-Inch Apple MacBook MC207LL/A has a list price of $999 and is the most affordable Apple laptop. Amazon has it currently on sale for $970.80.

On the Apple retailer shop MacMall the new Apple MacBook is selling for only $934.99 after a $20 mail-in rebate. Even if you hate mail-in rebates and always forget about mailing them in, the MacBook is still cheaper on MacMall than on Amazon.
