One of the coolest features that Ford cars have is the Sync system that is powered by /Microsoft. The system lets drivers place and receive phone calls and allows the changing of music using the voice. Ford has announced a new feature for Sync that will download the drivers address book into the system.

The Sync system access the user's phone via Bluetooth and allows users to initiate calls with their voice. The new app is called SYNCMyPhone and allowed users to get on their computer and create address books and contact lists form a cell phone and then upload them to SYNC via the USB port on the vehicle.

The system can handle up to 1200 contacts and the names and contact info can be selectively added to the system rather than an all or nothing upload. The new app is compatible with all versions of SYNC.
