Nintendo and Intel in Talks on New Console Rumor Suggests

Buy Nintendo Wii from Amazon Cyber Monday and Black Friday Now

New rumors have surfaced that claim that Nintendo and Intel are in talks for hardware for a new game console. The assumption is that if the rumors are true the new console will be the replacement for the popular Wii.

Nintendo has certainly been working on plans for a new console and perhaps it will be the expected HD version of the Wii that has been rumored before. With sales of the current Wii falling rapidly Nintendo is certainly looking to grow sales again with a new machine.

Perhaps the future Nintendo Console will rock some Intel Larrabee type CPU/GPU integrated offering rather than a separate CPU and GPU from ATI or NVIDIA.
