The new drive is available in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB models and can be powered from the USB bus of the computer needing no power supple. The drive uses quadruple channel tech to distribute the data that is read and written to four storage devices inside the drive for faster data transfer.
The drive promises a read speed of 110MB/s and a write speed of 40MB/s when connected via eSATA. Team says the drive is RoHS compliant and weighs 24 grams. Pricing and availability are unknown.
